The BrickKicker of Pierce County brings you a hometown commitment to home inspection services. Our inspectors are licensed as Washington State Structural Pest Inspectors and have been trained to inspect all major elements of the property and provide their qualified opinion on the present condition, operation and function. You are invited and strongly encouraged to accompany our inspector through your new home. A comprehensive computer generated report and descriptive overview of the condition of the home's components will be provided to you within 24 hrs of the inspection. Onsite report is also available.
Our inspector’s are Certified through the American Society of Home Inspector’s(ASHI), the oldest and most recognized home inspection organization in the country. Not all home inspection organizations are the same. Would you feel comfortable knowing that your “certified” inspector took an online exam? ASHI certification requires completion of the National Home Inspector Exam(NHIE), which is administered at a proctored testing site. Our inspector’s complete continuing education training annually and are fully insured and bonded.
