What is a Pest Inspection?
A Pest Inspection is a very important part of your home inspection. The State of Washington refers to the Pest Inspection as a Complete Wood Destroying Organism Inspection Report.
The purpose of the inspection is to visually identify any evidence of wood destroying activity. Examples of wood destroying organisms are carpenter ants, moisture ants, termites, power post beetle, and fungus.
All our inspectors are licensed structural pest inspectors, as required by the State of Washington Department of Agriculture.
