Hello, I am Matthew Pedersen the local owner of The Brickkicker Home Inspection here in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. I love living here in the Inland Northwest and know how our climate may affect the condition of a home. As a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and with my home remodeling experience, my knowledge of building components and functionality is strong.
Our BrickKicker Team of professional home inspectors have been trained and certified through the Inspection Technology Institute (ITI). Each has been trained to inspect all major elements of the property and provide their qualified opinion on the present condition, operation and function. Our inspections are done in accordance with the standards established by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), the most respected home inspector association in the country. As certified ASHI inspectors you are assured that the inspection will be thorough and educational for you. You are invited and strongly encouraged to accompany our inspector through your home. You will be given a comprehensive report and descriptive overview of the condition of the home's components from roof to basement; as well as some home maintenance advisement and tips.
Being involved in the community is a responsibility that each of us should take to make our community a place we call home. My community involvement includes: The Boy Scouts of America as a scoutmaster and committee chairperson, youth leader at our local church, and teacher of evening classes at the Community Colleges of Spokane. In addition, with professionals from Real Estate and Mortgage businesses I assist in teaching new home buyers classes.
