Pre-listing Home Inspections are available to give your home seller an unbiased and objective evaluation of the current condition of their home in order to get the most value for your listing in the shortest amount of time.
All reports include a complete pest inspection that identifies wood destroying insects and organisms.
Maintenance audits are available for Condominium and Town Home structures. This is a great tool to help Property Managers and HOA’s prioritize and establish an ongoing Maintenance Schedule.
