Septic Inspection:
A septic mound or tank inspection involves digging four holes into the ground, each end of the tank and two in the field. The tank is visually inspecting the tank to determine its size and condition. If the inspection is being performed at the time of pumping the tank, the presence of a back flow from the field can be determined.

Warranty Inspection
Many builders provide a short term warranty for newly construction homes or commercial establishments. We recommend that you develop a list of corrections for your contractor to repair during this warranty period. Since many defects are not visually identifiable, our home inspectors can help you develop this list.

Environmental Hazards
We as your professional home inspector will inform you, to the extent possible, to problems and potential environmental hazards in your current or potential house. We may refer additional, more invasive inspection services to an appropriate specialist for conditions found below:
Asbestos
Asbestos material that crumbles easily if sawed, scraped, or sanded into a powder is more likely to create a health hazard because it can be inhaled into the lungs, increasing the risk of disease.
Lead
Lead is a highly toxic metal that was used for many years in products found in and around our homes. In general, the older a home, the more likely it has lead-based paint.
Mold
There are many types of fungus or mold, and none of them will grow without water or moisture. Molds can produce allergens, irritants, and in some cases, potentially toxic substances. Mold is considered a wood destroying organism.
Radon
Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas found in soils, rock, and water throughout the U.S. Radon is a threat to health because it tends to collect in homes.
